Terms of Service

1. Who you are dealing with

Kovel Studio is a trading name of Noiseless Capital LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@kovelstudio.com. That inbox is read by Jalal Ayouch, the founder.

These terms cover the free AI Visibility Scan and the paid AI Visibility Fix, both sold from kovelstudio.com. Our French-language services are covered by separate terms at kovelstudio.com/cgv.

2. The free scan

The scan is automated analysis. It reads the public homepage at the address you give us, exactly as a search engine or an AI crawler would. We do not log in to your site, install anything, or change anything.

It runs ten checks and two live AI tests, and the result is computed from your site on the day you run it. Two things follow from that, and we would rather say them here than have you discover them:

• Run it twice and the score can move slightly. Page speed and live AI answers both vary.
• A check that cannot be completed is marked "unable to verify" and left out of the maths entirely. It never counts against you.

The report is yours to keep whether or not you buy anything. It is provided as information, not as professional advice, and it does not guarantee any particular search or AI result.

3. What the Fix is, and what it costs

The AI Visibility Fix is a one-time service, A$199, in Australian dollars, paid up front through Stripe. It covers:

• Schema.org structured data written for your business, services and area.
• An llms.txt file written about your business.
• Your homepage title, meta description and main heading rewritten.
• An AI-readable summary and FAQ block.
• A get-recommended playbook and mobile speed quick-wins, as written guides you action yourself.
• A before-and-after re-scan, both reports sent to you.

On WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and Shopify we install everything for you at no extra cost. On other platforms you receive the files plus a plain-English guide. Redesigns, ongoing SEO, content writing beyond the items above, and work on pages other than your homepage are not included.

4. GST

Noiseless Capital LLC is a US company and is not registered for Australian GST. No GST is added to the A$199 price, and we cannot issue a tax invoice showing Australian GST. Your Stripe receipt is your proof of purchase.

5. Delivery

Delivery is within 5 business days, counted from the moment you submit the short onboarding form after payment, not from the payment itself. If you never submit that form we cannot start, and we will email you to ask for it.

If you choose "install it for me", you give us temporary access to your website. That access is used only for this work, and you can revoke it the moment we are done. Delivery time depends on you providing it; the clock pauses while we are waiting.

6. What we do not promise

This section matters more than the rest, so it is written plainly.

We cannot make an AI assistant recommend your business, and we do not claim to. Whether ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Google names you depends largely on signals we do not control: your reviews, your directory listings, what other sites say about you. What we do is make your website readable and verifiable to those systems, which is the groundwork that has to exist first. Anyone who promises you placement in AI answers is selling something they cannot deliver.

We also do not promise a specific score. The projection shown in your report is arithmetic on the same scoring, with the items we repair set to passing, and it deliberately excludes page speed and the live recommendation test because the Fix does not change them.

7. The keep-your-money rule

This is our refund and rework policy, and it is the same sentence we put on the sales page:

If your scan comes back clean, we tell you not to buy this. A site with nothing to fix is shown no offer at all.

If the after re-scan does not show your readability improved, we keep working on it until it does, at no further cost. That is what showing you a before and an after is for.

If we have not started work, email us and we will refund you in full. If you are unhappy after delivery, email us and tell us why. We would rather refund a customer than argue with one.

8. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

If you are in Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have services remedied if they are not of acceptable quality. The keep-your-money rule above is offered in addition to those rights, not instead of them.

9. Liability

Except where the law says otherwise, and in particular subject to section 8 above, our total liability for any claim connected to the scan or the Fix is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or lost rankings.

You remain responsible for your own website: its content, its hosting, its backups and its legal compliance. We recommend taking a backup before any files are installed, and we will take one where the platform allows it.

10. Your side of it

You confirm that you own or are authorised to act for the website you ask us to scan or fix, and that the information you give us is accurate. We will decline work on a site we have reason to think you do not control.

11. Payments and chargebacks

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The charge appears on your statement as Kovel Studio. If you do not recognise a charge, email us before contacting your bank; it is faster, and we will sort it out.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you paid. Material changes are dated at the top of this page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. This does not remove any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, including the Australian Consumer Law.
